Completed Services: Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds for services that have been fully executed due to the variable allocation of resources and efforts across different stages of a campaign.
Administrative Fees and Installation Costs: No refunds are applicable to administrative fees or installation costs.
Taxes: Refunds are not provided for taxes imposed by regulatory bodies that are collected as part of the fees.
Terms and Conditions Violation: We retain the right to discontinue a client's service without issuing a refund in the event of a violation of our terms and conditions.
Exemptions for Same-Day Delivery: Please be aware that our refund policy does not cover same-day delivery services. We are unable to offer reimbursements for delays or interruptions caused by third parties. Typically, refunds are processed and expected to reach clients within 5 to 7 business days after the initial payment verification.
